This is not what I wanted, but this is what ended up happening with the time I had!

week #1;

With the change of when seniors are being released, I decided to switch what I was doing (Drawing) to a photo montage sort of thing. So far this is what I have done;

I will still be incorporating the imagination aspect, just different from the original plan  I had intended to do. The only problems I ran into was seeing where the hair began and ended on the smaller parts.

weekly goal #1;

This week I plan on getting concept sketches done for my piece. I hope to get at least 2 done.

imagination; 

Imagination is one of the greatest feats for humanity. With it we draw the power to create a multitude of fantastic things. Sadly, I gather that often with the act of 'growing up', people do forget such things, and it creates a massive entity within the human mind. In this piece I find that with the contrasting colors it brings a sense of that you may be black and white, but the imagination part springs from the mind with a lot of color, and it can bring light to the darkness of this world; this is what I think the artist may be trying to portray in this certain piece. This piece comes off as giving me a lighter emotion, one may call this is something as hope, because in this world there is a darkness that sweeps throughout the land, but with a little imagination, greatness can be achieved and shine a bright light; a light we so desperately need.

I plan on attempting to make a digital painting of a sort in a relation to this, or if that fails a back up plan would be photo montage. My layout of the plan is making about three people, one of which has a bright flow of imagination streaming out of his/her mind.  Everyone surrounding with be in a gray scale of colors. It differs this piece by adding more people, and a different art style that is my own of course, as well as I will be having a dark background on my own piece.
